Forever and Eternity (foreverandeternity.co.uk) is a business based in Northampton, England and is therefore governed by English law. This is applicable for anyone who can view the website in any other country and/or has contact with forever and eternity (foreverandeternity.co.uk) by any other means of communication such as electronic mail, fax or post without necessarily having viewed the website forever and eternity (foreverandeternity.co.uk)
We will endevour to answer any questions/queries you may have via email within 24hrs (e-mail email@example.com) or if you prefer you can request a call back by leaving your full daytime telephone number including dialing code at the above e-mail address. you will receive the call back within 24hrs of receipt of phone number. The call back service operates during normal working hours 9am-5pm.
We at forever and eternity will ensure to handle any complaints quickly and effectively. On receipt of a complaint we will contact the customer within 48hrs to confirm the exact nature of the complaint and to work out a suitable solution. If the complaint is about a faulty product we will offer a replacement or a full refund. We are unable to offer refund or replacement on products that have been engraved to individual customer requirements. If the complaint is not product related then we will endeavour to find a suitable solution as quickly as possible. We keep the customer informed of any progress with the complaint at regular intervals. We handle all complaints confidentially and take our customer service very seriously and strive to offer the best service possible. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We take our business very seriously and endevour to offer the best possible service, to do this we ask you to check any spelling and grammer before it is sent to us for engraving as we are unable to offer a refund or replacement on products that have been engraved to individual customer requirements. The quality of our photo engraving service is dependant on the clarity of the original image used for the engraving therefore no refund can be offered on the photo engraving.
If we cannot dispatch any of our products within our usual delivery time (3-5 working days) we will offer the customer the option to cancel the order. Please note we cannot take responsibility for any delays incurred during transportation by third party delivery companys and therefore are unable to offer any refunds in these circumstances. International orders may take considerably longer to be delivered depending on location. The above terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
International orders may require an extra charge to cover the cost of delivery outside the U.K. Customers will be notified of any extra charges before the order is processed and will be given the opportunity to proceed with the order or to cancel. Customers who choose to cancel will be given a full refund.
